Steven T. Brennan: is Senior Vice President, Regional Commercial Executive for HSBC Bank USA, N.A., a subsidiary of HSBC Holdings plc (NYSE:HBC), one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations. In his role, he is responsible for leading the relationship management and customer support teams for HSBC’s Middle Market banking office in Los Angeles. Prior to his current role, Brennan served as a manager of the Large Corporate team, overseeing the bank’s commercial lending business in Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado and Utah. He joined HSBC in 2004 as a Relationship Manager, and is a founding member of the Corporate Banking team in Los Angeles. Prior to joining HSBC, Brennan worked in the Corporate Banking and Public Finance Divisions of The Fuji Bank, Ltd., and with the Middle Market Commercial Banking division of Bank of America. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (Economics), and also holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

Antonio Peña, Shareholder, Greenberg Traurig LLP: is a multicultural attorney with wide-ranging legal training in the U.S., Spain and Mexico. Antonio, who is licensed in Florida and Mexico, has advised clients in connection with cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private-equity transactions and financings throughout North, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Europe. He has represented U.S., European and Latin American companies in connection with their operations in the U.S. and Latin America. His areas of concentration are Mergers and acquisitions, Joint ventures, Financing transactions and corporate governance. Antonio is actively involved within his community by being a member of several associations along with being on the Board of Directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida and participating on the board of Professional Editors, Law and Business Review of the Americas. Antonio has received recognition and several awards complimenting his career as an attorney.

Henry Esparza, Jr.,President, Co-Production International and Call Center Services International: He has been in the maquiladora business since 1988. Henry attended and graduated from NMMI in 1992 with an Associate’s Degree in Business. He continued his education at the University of San Diego, graduating in 1995 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. As President of Co-Production International and Call Center Services International, Henry is very hands on with all clients. He has received many awards for his accomplishments; among them are Business Man of the Year by The World Trade Association and Entrepreneur of the Year by NMMI. Henry is actively involved by being a member of several organizations such as: Tijuana’s Economic Development Corporation (TIJUANA-EDC), Vice President of Promotion; US – MEX Chamber of Commerce, member of the Board of Directors; Otay Mesa Chamber of Commerce, member of the Board of Directors; Otay Mesa Industrial Association (AIMO), Vice President.

Jose Reyes, Head of CMB, Northwest Region, HSBC Bank Mexico: He was born in Mexico City, but has lived in Northern Mexico most of his life. Before joining the financial sector, Jose worked as a Systems Analyst for SIA Electrónica de BC, one of SANYO’s manufacturing subsidiaries in Mexico. Jose has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, which began as a Project Leader at Grupo Financiero Inverméxico. He joined BITAL bank in 1993, which was acquired by HSBC ten years later, where he has managed Commercial and Corporate Banking (including States and Municipalities), as well as Retail Banking and Wealth Management. Throughout his banking career, Jose has gained experience in various areas, such as commercial and consumer lending, sales, cash management, trade services, factoring and investments. Jose is currently responsible for the Corporate Banking sector in Northwestern Mexico at HSBC. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from CETYS Universidad.
