On 18 January 2019, Australian company digEcor (now Burrana) officially acquired the commercial In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) business from Collins Aerospace. The closing of this transaction marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for digEcor and continues to position Mexicali as a top destination for Aerospace manufacturing.

Since September 2018, Co-Production International (CPI), has worked with Burrana and has recently completed the employee transfer under the new company at the Collins’ Baja California, Mexico facility located in Mexicali. CPI provides shelter services in Mexico to manufacturers like Burrana.
