MPA, Motor Car Parts, Is Investing 200 Million Dollars in Tijuana Plant

Despite the global situation caused by COVID-19, where in many countries there is a crisis in the health and economic sphere. Fortunately in Mexico manufacturing there are little lights of hope and this is one of them.
It turns out that the company Motor Car Parts de México (MPA), manufacturer of auto parts, will invest 200 million dollars in the expansion of its plants, which are located in Tijuana, Baja California.
The announcement was made by Mario Escobedo, Secretary of Sustainable Economy and Tourism (SEST).
- It will generate about 300 additional jobs, the company already has 3,700 workers.
- With this investment you will increase your production of automotive components and will meet the demand of various automotive manufacturers.
MPA has eight buildings on an area of more than one million square feet, and produces 25 thousand pieces daily, between starters and alternators, with more than one million shipments to the United States.
