Veronica has over seventeen years of experience working with US manufacturers and has worked on over 500 feasibility studies for setting up operations in Mexico.  Veronica specializes in the cost models, process and time-line for expansion projects, labor cost studies and site selection consulting for manufacturing in Mexico.  She has worked directly on over 50 expansion projects in the Baja California border region through the Maquiladora Shelter Program, leading projects for notable companies such as ICON Aircraft, Broan Nu-tone, Smiths Interconnect, Conesys, Aspen Medical, Southwire and Todco.  Veronica holds a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing from San Diego State University.
